Our Story
Vitalityhabitpath was born from a simple observation: most flexibility and mobility programmes overlooked the specific needs of ageing men. We saw talented individuals in their 50s, 60s, and beyond struggling with stiffness, limited range of motion, and the frustration of feeling physically constrained.
Our founder, a physiotherapy enthusiast with two decades of experience in sports science, recognised that men needed an approach that was practical, evidence-informed, and spoke directly to their goals—not a one-size-fits-all generic programme.
What started as a small community forum has grown into a comprehensive resource hub. Today, we empower countless men across the United Kingdom to reclaim mobility, reduce injury risk, and build daily habits that keep them active and independent.

Founder & Lead Coach
James brings over 20 years of experience in sports science and physiotherapy. A lifelong advocate for active ageing, he developed our flagship flexibility methodology after working with hundreds of mature athletes across the UK. His evidence-driven approach combines cutting-edge research with real-world practicality.
Michael Chen
Research & Content Director
Our research director, with a background in exercise physiology, oversees our editorial content.
